From August 1st to 5th, the sky around Fuji
Five Lakes will be light up by some of Yamanashi's most famous Fireworks
Festivals!
On August 1st, Lake Yamanaka will hold the Lake Yamanaka Hoko Festival
Fireworks. From 8pm to 9pm, fireworks will be launched from 4 different
locations near the Lake Yamanaka, the main one being the Lake Yamanaka lakeside
stage. Check the schedule for this venue here
The 4 stages are:
Lake Yamanaka lakeside
Asahigaoka
Hirano Chibiko Hiroba (Hirano)
Shinsui Park (Nagaike)

On August 2nd, Saiko Ryugu Festival Fireworks will be held in Lake Sai from 7:30 to
8pm, during the festival dedicated to the deity of Water, Toyotama hime, on
Ryugu Shrine.

Motosuko Shinko Festival Fireworks will be held on August 3rd. Special shakudama
fireworks will be launched near the lakeside from 8pm.

The Shojiko Ryoko Festival Fireworks will take place on August 4th, at the same
time as the Shojiko Music Festival, and the fireworks will be launched in the rhythm
of the music. Children can get fireworks for free to play with their families.
The Music Festival starts at 3pm and the Fireworks Festival will begin at 8pm.

August 5th is the day of the most famous Fireworks Festival from Fuji Five Lakes,
the Kawaguchiko Kojo Festival Fireworks.
Different kinds of huge fireworks will bright the sky and the water of Lake Kawaguchi
from 7:45pm to 9pm. The festival will also be held on August 4th, when the
fireworks will be displayed from 8pm to 8:15pm.
